Purpose: The purpose of this assignment was to analyze the risk management of a chosen facility and add to those risk management plans utilizing the knowledge learned throughout the course
Reflection
During the time of this course I was working as a promotions team member with the Charlotte Knights baseball team who operate out of Truist Field. I was able really go in depth when working on this assignment as someone who was working at the facility. I noticed a few things that weren’t being implemented at the time, and now are, such as liability waivers for participants of on field promotions as well as waivers for participants using the inflatables at the facility. I was given the opportunity to apply what I learned from this course in this assignment while also seeing new risk management tactics being implemented in real time giving me a unique perspective.
